Month in Review - July (Part I)

Me working on my blog

Centre Island
I love Canada Day long weekend. Daddy was home for an extra few days to help celebrate Canada's birthday and we went on tons of adventures. One of my favourite trips was to Centre Island just off the shores of downtown Toronto. Captain Tim and his second mate Rydan picked me, Mommy & Daddy up and boated us over to the island where I met up with my buddies Rydan and Haley. We had so much fun running around and even spent a few hours over at the kiddy rides. When we got back we had a BBQ and a bonfire, all with the city as our backdrop. I sure was tired by the time we got home that night, but it was worth it.

Down the 401
Later that weekend we picked up uncle Toddie and went down to visit Grandma Ruth for the day. We also dropped in to see my great uncle Pat. He's so cool and I love visiting his place. He has a fun doggie named "Daisy" and he has a bunch of old cars and a tractor and donkeys and goats. Plus there is tons of space to run around. I also ate corn right off the cob for the first time, which was what everyone else was doing....so why not give it a try?!

Month in Review - June

Mommy's Lazers
Mommy has an appointment with a lazer in order to fix her eyes. Granddad and Grandma came down to help babysit me and entertain me while Mommy rested her post lazered eyes. Mommy sure is happy with the results but I miss being able to grab her glasses from her face and throw them.

Miller Time
We went to the Waterloo region to visit some olden day friends of Mommy & Daddy. They had an awesome place with a pool, a cool dog named Charlie and a super cool trampoline. I loved bouncing up and down on this crazy thing. I also liked Charlie, who was super calm and let me pull his tail.

The Zoo
We went to the Zoo with my buddy Quinn and his parents and my Mommy's cousin. It was my first time at the Zoo and I learned all about different types of animals. I liked the tigers and the girafe, but the Monkeys seemed the most entertaining. I can't wait to go back and spend more time at the interactive kids play area. When are we going back?

Granddad likes to nap, just like me
